This is information about Metrolink, the commuter rail system of Southern California and the Greater Los Angeles Area. Metrolink uses full size trains powered by diesel-electric locomotives. This is not to be confused with Metro Rail, which is Los Angeles County MTA's electrified light rail and subway system.
