Colorado Railcar brought their new self-propelled Diesel Multiple Unit (DMU) railcar out to Fullerton on Friday, June 27, 2003. The DMU arrived at the Fullerton Santa Fe Depot at about 12:15 P.M. A demo run was made between Fullerton and Irvine with a few OCTA Board Members, local officials, and the TrainWeb staff.

The Colorado Railcar was placed on display for public viewing at the Fullerton Santa Fe Depot on June 28-29, Saturday and Sunday. Viewing hours on Saturday, June 28, were from 10 AM to 3 PM and on Sunday, June 29, from 11 AM to 4 PM.
