Guidelines For Participation in

Fullerton Railroad Days 2000


Participating Vendors and Exhibitors shall meet the following terms and conditions for booth use.

1.......All participants must complete "Fullerton Railroad Days Participant Application Form"

2.......All commercial entities must have proper licenses and sales tax certificates. In addition, all food vendors must display proof of compliance with current health & safety standards.

3.......All youth groups must have a bona fide organizational support structure

4.......All organizations must supply proof of financial responsibility.

5.......All applications must be in writing, contain the details requested on the attached application form and include other supportive data as necessary.

6.......Fullerton Railroad Days Participants will avoid political activities of any kind during the event.

7.......Each participant will finance their own "Fullerton Railroad Days" activities, except for general event publicity.

8.......Exhibits are to be kept neat and clean for the entire event.

9.......Appropriate participation fees will be paid in advance to the FRPA Fullerton Railroad Days Fund. The participation fee is waived for qualified youth groups, however, other fees may apply. Consult enclosed fee schedule.

10......The FRPA "Fullerton Railroad Days" Committee reserves the right to select and limit the number of participants in this event.

11......Participating sites must remain open during the posted official event hours, unless other arrangements have been approved by the FRPA.

12......Selling or serving of refreshments is not allowed other than at designated sites. Selling or consuming alcoholic beverages on the event site is strictly prohibited.

13......Special requests (i.e.: electricity, tents etc.) will be honored on a first come first served basis, for as long as the limited supply lasts. Participants must supply their own tables and chairs.

14......Participant supplied tents and other shelters must meet current safety codes.

15......Participants are responsible for their own property security. It is suggested that any items of value be removed from the site during off event hours

16......Official event hours are:
Saturday May 13, 2000, 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Sunday May 14, 2000, 09:00 AM to 5:00 PM
