The diagrams below are fairly accurate. The one major exception is that the toilet in the Deluxe Bedroom is a combination stall shower and toilet. The chair in the Deluxe Bedroom has a lighter frame and can be moved. In the diagram it looks like it is heavy and bolted to the floor. Also, keep in mind that these rooms are shown in their sleeping configurations. During the day, the beds convert into either chairs or sofas.
